Job description:
• Handle customer inquiries primarily through chat and email
• Record all interactions and case details accurately in the CRM system
• Adhere to established communication protocols, guidelines, and policies
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to appropriate internal teams, ensuring customers are updated throughout the process
• Efficiently navigate and manage multiple systems at once
Requirements:
• Native-level proficiency in Czech (C1) and good command of English (B2)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy in following established processes and guidelines
• Previous experience in customer support or a client-facing role is considered an advantage
• Willingness to work in shifts from our client’s Varna office
