For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance
customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for
– Wellness Consultant with Spanish or Portuguese (Remote).
Responsibilities:
*Be the friendly face of our brand, helping consumers feel supported and valued every day;
*Listen actively and solve consumer questions or concerns quickly and effectively;
*Handle sensitive cases with care and ensure exceptional attention to detail;
*Become an expert on our products and understand what each consumer truly needs;
*Engage with consumers across channels, including social media, to create a positive experience;
*Share ideas and help improve our services continuously — all while working from the
comfort of your home, on scheduled day and night shifts.
Qualifications:
*Genuine empathy and the ability to connect with people and understand their needs;
*Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese (C1) and English (B2) with excellent communication skills;
*Experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus, but a positive attitude matters most;
*Comfortable using computers and MS Office, with good typing and multitasking skills;
*Organized, proactive, and able to make thoughtful decisions independently;
*Team-oriented, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment while
working remotely on scheduled shifts.
