AS A PART OF OUR FIXED ASSETS TEAM:
As a key member of our Fixed Assets Team, you’ll take charge of managing the company’s fixed assets activities and analyzing balance sheet items related to CAPEX. You’ll work in a collaborative, friendly environment alongside colleagues from diverse countries within the Coca Cola HBC Group, where knowledge-sharing and continuous learning are at the core of what we do. OUR NEW TEAM MEMBER NEEDS TO HAVE:
1-3 Years of Accounting Experience, preferably in fast-moving, multinational environment and are ready to apply your expertise in a high-impact role.
Educational Foundation: You hold a degree in Accounting or a related field—giving you the knowledge base to hit the ground running.
ERP Expertise: You have hands-on experience with ERP systems and know how to navigate them efficiently. Bonus points if you’re familiar with SAP.
Excel Expertise: You’re comfortable working with Excel to manage and analyze data, optimize workflows, and create meaningful reports.
Fluency in English: You communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, ensuring seamless collaboration with colleagues across countries and functions.
Results-Driven Mindset: You’re always focused on delivering high-quality results with accuracy, and attention to detail and thrive on meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.

Assets Accounting: Oversee the full lifecycle of fixed assets, including capitalizations, disposals, impairments, depreciation, and asset sales, as well as seamless tracking of assets under construction.
Lease Accounting: Manage lease accounting in full compliance with IFRS 16, ensuring accurate recognition, measurement, and reporting of all lease-related transactions to enhance financial clarity and decision-making.
Cashflow Management: Manage cashflow reporting for capital expenditures, providing clear analysis to support business growth.
Provisions & Accruals: Ensure timely and accurate calculation and posting of provisions related to assets.
Account Reconciliation: Own the process of verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling accounts, and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
Period-End Closings: Manage the CAPEX period-end closing processes and reporting to ensure financial accuracy.
Balance Sheet Analysis: Prepare detailed balance sheet analyses related to depreciation cost, fixed asset movement, etc., providing actionable insights for business units
Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and transparency with controls established for CAPEX area.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies, accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Preservation: Participate in continuous improvement projects, share knowledge with peers, and contribute to the evolution of the General Accounting function.
