Are you a fast-moving builder ready to transform how global enterprises deliver products?
Join Camplight as we collaborate on a groundbreaking initiative with a major global partner undergoing a bold shift in how digital products are built and delivered.
What will you be working on?
Our partner is making a fundamental transition—from traditional 6–12 month enterprise development cycles to delivering impactful MVPs in weeks.
This transformation is powered by Forward Deployed Teams: small, highly capable engineering groups working directly with business units and end-users to design, prototype, and iterate rapidly.
Your work will contribute to a confidential platform and ecosystem aimed at enabling fast, secure, high-quality application development across the organization. While we can’t share all details yet, expect a mission that blends product engineering, coaching, and building internal tools that empower teams to move at startup speed within a global enterprise.
Your Role
You will act as a builder, operator, and enabler:
- Build MVPs and internal tools alongside business stakeholders with rapid iteration cycles.
- Apply strong AWS, engineering, and automation skills to create scalable, maintainable systems.
- Use AI tools deeply and effectively to maximize your productivity and accelerate delivery.
- Shape workflows, processes, and engineering approaches that model “startup thinking” inside a large enterprise.
- Potentially help coach internal teams or contribute to a platform that helps other engineers build faster (exact placement will be clarified during the process).
- Communicate clearly and proactively, ensuring alignment, transparency, and momentum without waiting for direction.
This role is for people who take ownership, iterate boldly, challenge legacy thinking, and thrive in ambiguity.

- Solid engineering background and coding proficiency.
- Experience building end-to-end products, ideally in startup environments.
- Hands-on experience with automation or workflow tools (e.g., **n8n**) is a plus.
- Familiarity with modern full-stack technologies—**TypeScript, Next.js**, and similar stacks.
- Experience in operations, platform engineering, or developer tooling is a strong plus.
- Ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders and work in fast iteration loops.
- Experience in forward-deployed engineering roles, innovation teams, or skunkworks projects.
