the role of Junior Sales Support Representative with English (Fully Remote).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Offer outstanding support through all communication channels;
* Handle customer billing and admin queries via tickets, emails, and calls;
* Collaborate with team leads and senior agents to resolve issues quickly;
* Maintain and update customer records accurately;
* Support and advise others and contribute to team effort.
Requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written English communication;
* Ability to multitask, adapt, and focus on solutions;
* Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude;
* Team player with patience and stress management skills;
* Experience in the Broadband/Telephony sector is a plus, but not required.
