WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Crafting low-level code for blockchain nodes
- Creating sleek, top-quality code with best practices
- Innovating Web3 solutions creatively and independently
- Proactively crafting solutions and architectures
- Integrating diverse blockchain systems seamlessly
- Enhancing Web3 UX with impactful features
- Provide mentorship to colleagues
- Working with different types of database layers – e.g. Merkle Trees, PostgreSQL
- Get your hands on implementing and integrating cryptography logic
- Providing high quality PR reviews to your peers, maintaining highest coding standards
- Diligently test the implementations of the features you are developing
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- At least 4 years of experience with Java
- Experience and due diligence in writing high quality, well-structured code in multiple languages/technologies
- Appetite and capacity to keep up with emerging technologies & share knowledge
- Ability to work independently and deliver working products within deadlines – from empty Git repo to fully-deployed solutions in the cloud
- Agility and Adaptability – Web3 is constantly evolving, so being a quick-learner, embracing change and making the best of it is vital
- Having deep knowledge in data structure types – e.g. Map, Queue, Stack
- Understanding of asynchronous programming patterns in multi-threaded environment
- Experience with latest Java features from Java JDK 21+
Not a dealbreaker but we will totally high-five you, if you have:
- Knowledge or experience in Web3/Blockchain
- Experience with k8s, enhancing Github workflows
