For one of our clients – a multinational company specializing in the production and
distribution of various drinks worldwide, we are looking for – AP Assistant with Dutch and
English (Hybrid).
Responsibilities:
*Provide efficient and accurate Accounts Payable support to ensure smooth financial operations;
*Maintain compliance with company policies, approvals, and financial controls;
*Act as a key point of contact for suppliers and internal teams, resolving queries and
escalations promptly;
*Execute month-end and period-end closing activities with precision and timeliness;
*Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing system efficiency;
*Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Qualifications:
*At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable within a multinational or dynamic finance environment;
*Solid understanding of Procure to Pay processes and finance workflows;
*Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in finance, accounting, or related field;
*Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP;
*Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement;
*Excellent command of Dutch and strong command of English.
