For a client of ours – CONFLUENCE – a global leader in data-driven investment management solutions – we are searching for a CLIENT CONSULTANT.
Responsibilities:

- Respond to client inquiries and requests via telephone, email, and online in a timely fashion
- Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks
- Escalate inquiries and requests as necessary to the appropriate department or person following outlined guidelines
- Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all clients
- Perform research to answer client inquiries and requests
- Meet quantitative performance metrics as outlined in the SLA
- Attend and/or lead scheduled conference calls with the client(s) to review day-to-day service and operational matters
- Maintenance of internal standard operating procedures and process documentation
- Recommendations on process and product improvements to create efficiencies and mitigate risk
- Support project work related to back-office environment or client requests (as and when required)
- Attend and/or lead client service reviews
- Routinely contribute ideas for improving the team efficiency or service provided
Requirements:
- University degree
- Min. 1 year of professional experience (preferably in finance, accounting, data analysis)
- Interests in the field of financial markets & instruments
- Proficiency level in French and English
- Good problem solving and time management skills
- Good communication and analytical skills
