General duties:
Develop tailored recruitment strategies based on the needs and profiles of our internal clients
Advertise vacancies across job boards, social media, and our company career page
Screen applications and conduct interviews to match the right talent with the right roles
Fully own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Prepare regular recruitment reports and provide insights to HR leadership and stakeholders
Represent the company at job fairs and hiring events
Contribute to and support employer branding initiatives
Requirements:
University degree in a relevant field
Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience in a large, complex organization
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in English
A proactive, can-do attitude
Confidence communicating with senior leaders and the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
Ability to think both strategically and tactically, balancing long-term talent needs with day-to-day hiring demands
