What You Will Do:

Be the Go-To Guru: Immerse yourself in our products and services, building the kind of expertise that helps you give customers the accurate info they need when they need it!
Conduct Sleuthing Missions: Unleash your inner detective to quickly gather information and deliver swift, satisfying responses to customer inquiries.

What You Bring to the Table:
Strong Communication Skills: You’re near-native in Croatian and can weave a fantastic conversation in English—both spoken and written!
Previous Experience: If you’ve had the chance to dazzle customers in a service role before, we definitely want to hear from you!
Tech-Savvy: You can maneuver through MS Office like a pro and know your way around a CRM system.
Detail-Oriented: Precision is your middle name! You excel at juggling tasks, whether you’re working solo or collaborating with the team.
What can you expect from us:
Full-time role with working shifts between 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m., Monday – Sunday
Starting date – 9th February 2026
Competitive salary with monthly performance-based bonuses
