In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, defining requirements, coordinating business and IT teams, and supporting project execution through documentation, testing, and solution implementation.
Required skills, knowledge, and experience:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s degree in Computer Science, (Business) Informatics, Software Engineering, or Banking &Finance.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the fintech sector (banks, insurance companies, software fintech companies).
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience in business process modeling (preferably BPMN).
- Upper-intermediate level of English language for daily communication.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Nice to have, but not mandatory:
- Understanding of AI, chatbots, or Prompt Engineering.
- Certifications such as Lean Management, Six Sigma, or similar.
