Currently expanding, they are now looking to hire a IT Test Coordinator to join their team in Plovdiv.
Job Profile for IT Test Coordinator
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Plan, organise, execute and monitor test activities throughout the software development lifecycle
- Create detailed test plans and coordinate the activities of the test team
- Ensure quality assurance of new test cases and continuously monitor overall test quality
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional IT architects to identify risks early and initiate appropriate measures, while liaising with Project Managers, Developers and QA teams
- Prepare and present test results in a target group–specific manner for various committees, including Senior Management
- Establish and continuously optimise test management methods, standards and processes, including delivering training and coaching
- Set up and maintain test environments and provide support for test automation
Candidate Profile for IT Test Coordinator
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken. Fluency in German is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field
- Experience as a Test Coordinator or Project Coordinator, with a strong focus on test management in both classic and Agile project environments
- Hands-on experience with test automation solutions, such as Playwright
- Strong technical and business process expertise, including sound knowledge of methodologies and hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, with a strong focus on quality
- Goal-oriented, decisive and entrepreneurial mindset
- A structured, systematic and detail-oriented approach to work, combined with a high degree of flexibility
