Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract customers and expand brand presence;
Manage digital campaigns, social media channels, and website content;
Analyze marketing data and prepare performance reports;
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, development) to coordinate campaigns;
Work with external partners and agencies to negotiate better ongoing rates and terms, and to source new partners;
Optimize website conversions;
Monitor and manage the marketing budget and expenses.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing;
Experience in marketing and digital campaigns (5+ years, preferably in B2C transportation/logistics/automotive/USA market);
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Proficiency in working with digital platforms, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and CRM systems;
Experience in analyzing marketing performance and optimizing campaigns;
Strategic thinking and strong budget planning skills.
