For their BRAND NEW team in Bulgaria, we are looking to recruit an experienced Professional to take the position of:
Senior EDI Manager
Some of the responsibilities:
– You have to analyze and validate EDI messages and transactional data to ensure compliance with standards and business rules.
– You will be troubleshooting errors, supporting supplier onboarding, and testing EDI message flows with technical teams.
– You will maintain structured documentation for EDI mappings, validation rules, common error scenarios, and data-quality guidelines.
Main requirements:
– Higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a similar field;
– 2+ years of professional experience in EDI operations, preferably in retail, fashion, supply chain, or ERP-integrated environment;
– Good understanding of EDI fundamentals, message structures, and ERP integration;
– Experience in analyzing EDI data and business transactions, incl. identifying the discrepancies;
– Experience with EDIFACT (PRICAT, INVOIC, DESADV), XML, and SAP IDOCs;
– Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation;
– Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills;
– Collaborative attitude and willingness to work closely with technical teams, business users,
and external EDI partners;
– Excellent command of English language (B2+/ C1/C2 level);
Advantages for the role:
– SAP experience (e.g., MM / SD / FI data flows) and JIRA for issue tracking;
– Good command of the German language;
