Requirements
- Fluent English
- 3+ years of experience
- Possess solid technical telecommunications skills
- Proven hands-on network engineering experience
- Linux knowledge
- DPI experience
- Signature experience – an advantage
- Kubernetes – an advantage
- System experience (such Diameter, Radius, DHCP etc.) and big data analytics – an advantage
- Bash and other scripting skills – an advantage
- Experience with virtualization (e.g. VMware, Openstack) – an advantage
- Excellent technical and inter-personal communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent technical documentation writing
- Service, quality and process oriented
- Ability to understand the customer’s constraints
- Self-learner

- Ability to think out-of-the-box
- Willing to travel to customer sites in EMEA (including Africa, ME and CIS)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for deploying Allots products at our customers
- Responsible for execution of proof of concepts, trials and demos
- Deliver on-site technical training to partners and customers
- Perform installations and upgrades, as well as Interoperability Testing (IoT)
- Create technical documents including ATP (Acceptance Test Plan), MOPs (Method of Procedure) and HLD (High Level Design), LLD (Low Level Design) etc.
- Execute ATP tests
- Stage systems offered to customers in the lab to verify the required functionality
- Serve as technical leader in front of customers and partners
- Open and manage internal tickets with the Product Experts in case of identified defects during deployment
