It’s an exciting time to join eDynamix! Due to continued expansion and sustained growth eDynamix Bulgaria is currently looking for a Junior Support Desk Analyst to join our Stara Zagora office.
Working as a member of our Support Team you will be required to categorise, prioritise, and take ownership of customer enquiries/problems and help resolving these in a timely manner. We pride ourselves on delivering first-class customer support. No question is less important. You will be required to categorise, prioritise, and take ownership of customer enquiries/problems and help resolving these in a timely manner.
We need you in our team
Our new Junior Support Desk Analyst will:
- Log customer problems a pro-actively work towards fixing issues in a timely manner
- Support customers in their everyday use of the system and offer advise
- Perform routine database maintenance tasks
and has the following skills:
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent listening skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients, ask the correct questions, establish the problem, and explain the solution
- Problem solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to work to pre-defined deadlines
- Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, team player spirit
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
It will be also great if you have experience in any of the following technologies:
- Knowledge of SQL/Relational database principals
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
