What You’ll be Doing:
Join our team and play a key role in safeguarding the integrity of one of the world’s leading digital platforms and their customers. In this position, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring a safe and fair environment by reviewing potential fraud cases identified by our advanced data models and taking appropriate enforcement actions when necessary.
During a Typical Day, You’ll:
Partner with our Trust & Safety team to investigate potential fraud cases identified by our systems, ensuring fair and thoughtful resolution for all parties involved;
Advocate for our community members by carefully reviewing appeals from sellers and creators, working to understand their perspective and find appropriate solutions;
Protect the marketplace experience by reviewing and addressing reported malicious reviews, helping maintain a trustworthy environment for buyers and sellers alike;
Enhance our systems through feedback by documenting patterns in collected data, helping us improve fraud detection while minimizing false positives;
Collaborate cross-functionally to balance enforcement needs with customer experience, ensuring our fraud prevention efforts support rather than hinder legitimate users.
What You Bring to the Role:
2+ years experience in eCommerce fraud or customer service;
Advanced written and spoken English skills;
Strong ability to gather information from various sources to substantiate investigation hypotheses;
Eager to learn, initiative taker and problem-solver;
Works comfortably with Microsoft Word and Excel.
