We invite you to join our Continuous Product Discovery (CPD) team — a young, dynamic, and forward-thinking unit shaping the future of digital banking for more than 2 million clients.
This role goes far beyond designing screens. You will be a core contributor to continuous product discovery, helping teams deeply understand customer problems, validate opportunities, and make better product decisions at scale. Your work will directly influence how millions of people interact with our digital banking products every day.
Your Role: What You Will Do
As a Product Designer (UX/UI), you will actively contribute to Continuous Product Discovery. Working closely with the Product Owner and Tech Lead, you will help translate customer insights into intuitive, validated, and scalable solutions.
Lead Continuous Product Discovery
• Conduct customer interviews, usability tests, and qualitative research to uncover unmet needs.
• Analyze and synthesize insights into clear problems, opportunities, and user stories.
• Support ideation and discovery sessions to explore and validate solution concepts.
• Contribute to prioritization by helping teams assess customer value and impact.
Design, Prototype & Validate
• Create wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes for rapid exploration and testing.
• Develop high-fidelity, interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Design user interfaces for mobile apps, web platforms, and internal tools.
• Validate designs with real users and iterate based on feedback and evidence.
Collaborate for Real Customer Impact

The perfect candidate has
• Practical experience in UX/UI design, with a solid understanding of digital product design.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and collaboration.
• Result-focused, self-driven, and motivated personality.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional product teams.
