What You’ll be Doing:
As a Product Lifecycle Specialist you will support the Regional Product Lifecycle expert with key focus on product set-up, data availability and data accuracy. We strive on offering the very best levels of customer service and believe in “what we say and how we say it” leaves a lasting impression with our customers. Therefore, we will provide you with all the necessary tools, training and confidence needed to do a great job.
On a typical day, you’ll:
Follow up on regional part strategies;
Perform extensive data validation/quality assurance analysis within large datasets;
Communicate with Service Partner to ensure service performance in relation to the contract commitment during full product lifecycle;
Execution of supply chain operational deliverables, repair, delivery, and regional master data quality for lifecycle events;
Key focus on maintaining customer satisfaction while at the same time ensuring appropriate cost control.
