Reporting to the VIP Manager, the VIP Customer Support Specialist will provide personalized support to high-value clients, manage VIP programs and promotions, analyze client activity, and work closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional VIP experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyse VIP client performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Provide personalized support and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients.
• Develop and manage special bonus programs and promotional offers for VIP clients.
• Coordinate daily with CRM, Payments & Verification, Sports, and Casino teams to ensure quality service.
• Prepare regular reports and analyses on VIP client activity, retention, and satisfaction.
• Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving VIP services and client experience.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the VIP Manager to support organizational goals.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information, safeguard company assets, and comply with company policies and occupational health and safety rules.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in client service, preferably in VIP or premium services.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with CRM systems and client data.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.
• Fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
