We are currently seeking an experienced Sports Manager to report directly to the Online Operations Manager. The role is responsible for managing the sportsbook operations, optimizing betting strategies, and coordinating with internal teams and external providers to ensure high-quality, profitable, and compliant sports betting services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to sports betting on the online platform.
• Develop and implement sportsbook strategies to optimize performance, revenue, and margins.
• Monitor market trends, sporting events, and customer behavior to improve odds, limits, and offerings.
• Communicate and coordinate with sportsbook providers and technology partners regarding support, updates, and new features.
• Prepare regular reports and analyses on sports betting performance, including revenue, margins, activity, and risk.
• Collaborate with Online Operations, CRM, Risk, Finance, and Customer Operations teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in the development and testing of new sports products, promotions, and campaigns, assessing their potential and business impact.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements related to sports betting.
• Maintain professional conduct, discretion, and loyalty in all business interactions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Sports Management, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sports betting management, trading, risk analysis, or related roles (iGaming experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of various sports, betting markets, types of bets, and odds dynamics.
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistics, and performance evaluation; experience with Excel, Power BI, or other BI tools.
• Experience working with sportsbook platforms and odds providers.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and quick decision-making in a fast-moving market.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage dynamic workloads.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
