We are currently seeking an experienced Payments & Verification Manager to report directly to the Director of Customer Operations. The role is responsible for leading the payments and verification teams, ensuring accurate and timely transactions, regulatory compliance, and a secure end-to-end customer verification process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Payments and Verification teams (deposits, withdrawals, KYC verification).
• Provide training, mentorship, and performance assessment for team members.
• Implement, maintain, and optimize internal workflows and procedures for payments and verification processes.
• Monitor adherence to established standards, internal rules, and regulatory requirements, including gambling and AML/KYC regulations.
• Oversee deposits and withdrawals processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Manage client identification and verification (KYC) processes.
• Communicate with payment service providers for process optimization and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with Risk Management, Finance, CRM, and Customer Support teams to prevent fraud and ensure transactional security.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes, implement best practices, and leverage automation tools.
• Ensure professional conduct, discretion, and loyalty to company policies and standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in payments, financial operations, or team management within iGaming or online services.
• Proven experience in designing internal processes, controls, and workflow optimization.
• Strong knowledge of payment instruments, KYC procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of precision and accountability.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
