We are looking for an experienced Payments & Verifications Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Payments & Verifications Manager/Team Lead, the Payments & Verifications Specialist will process client deposits and withdrawals, manage account verifications, resolve client inquiries, ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements (KYC/AML), and collaborate with Risk, CRM, and Customer Support teams to optimize payment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process client deposits and withdrawals through automated systems.
• Monitor automated payments and report any irregularities.
• Resolve client inquiries and issues related to deposits and withdrawals.
• Handle verification requests for client accounts and validate automated verifications.
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and regulatory requirements (KYC/AML).
• Prepare reports and provide analysis on processed transactions and verifications.
• Collaborate closely with Risk, CRM, and Customer Support teams to ensure transaction safety and accuracy.
Requirements:
• Secondary or higher education (preferably in Economics, Finance, IT, or related field).
• 1–3 years of experience in payment processing, financial transactions, or verifications.
• Knowledge of KYC/AML processes and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with automated payment systems and CRM platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.
