We are looking for an experienced Payments & Verifications Team Lead to join our team. Reporting to the Payments & Verifications Manager, the Payments & Verifications Team Lead will lead the team, ensure accurate processing of deposits, withdrawals, and verifications, resolve complex transaction issues, maintain compliance, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize, coordinate, and supervise the daily work of the team handling client deposits, withdrawals, and verifications.
• Monitor automated payments and resolve issues related to deposits and withdrawals.
• Validate and process verification requests, including both automated and manual submissions.
• Train, guide, and support team members in performing their duties.
• Ensure compliance with internal rules and procedures regarding client transactions and data security.
• Coordinate daily communication with other teams in the Client Operations department – CRM, VIP team, and Customer Support – to optimize processes.
• Prepare regular reports on team performance and propose process improvements.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Payments & Verifications Manager.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing teams involved in financial operations or client services.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and transaction processing tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.
• Excellent command of Bulgarian and English.
