We are currently seeking an experienced Operational Marketing Manager to report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The role is responsible for managing internal marketing processes, coordinating campaigns across multiple channels, and ensuring alignment between teams and external partners to deliver high-quality and impactful marketing activations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build, organize, and manage internal marketing processes, ensuring efficient collaboration across design, digital marketing, CRM, affiliate, and content teams.
• Coordinate daily activities with product managers and other key teams (Online Operations, CRM, VIP) to synchronize campaigns and initiatives.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor marketing activations, promotions, and campaigns according to the annual strategy.
• Review, approve, and oversee marketing materials, communications, and visual content for online and offline initiatives.
• Manage communication and collaboration with external partners and advertising agencies, ensuring deadlines, quality, and brand guidelines are met.
• Monitor campaign performance through key metrics (CTR, conversions, ROI) and recommend optimizations.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new marketing processes and tools to improve team efficiency.
• Prepare regular reports and analyses on marketing activities and present results to the CMO.
• Maintain professional conduct, discretion, and loyalty to company policies and standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in operational, digital, or product marketing (iGaming, fintech, or e-commerce experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools (Google Ads, Meta, e-mail, push notifications, CRM).
• Experience in managing marketing projects and coordinating between internal teams and external partners.
• Understanding of consumer behavior, brand positioning, and campaign activations.
• Analytical skills for campaign evaluation and optimization.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
