We are currently seeking an experienced Online Operations Manager to report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The role is responsible for overseeing daily online operations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the platform’s stability, performance, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize, coordinate, and manage daily online business operations, ensuring smooth platform performance.
• Oversee operational activities across sports betting, casino, promotions, and campaigns.
• Ensure seamless collaboration between operational teams – Risk, Sports Betting, CRM, Customer Operations, and Finance.
• Monitor performance, service quality, and system reliability; report on KPIs regularly.
• Participate in strategic planning and the implementation of new products, features, and technological solutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards, AML/KYC regulations, and responsible gaming principles.
• Identify operational risks and implement measures to minimize errors, losses, and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with platform providers, payment systems, and external sports and casino vendors.
• Coordinate communication between teams during incidents, system changes, or emergencies, ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct analyses and propose process optimizations to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in online operations, process management, or business coordination (iGaming, fintech, or e-commerce experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of online business processes, customer journeys, and operational models.
• Experience in managing teams and coordinating across multiple departments.
• Data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, BI tools, SQL – advantage).
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, AML/KYC, and responsible gaming principles.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strategic and analytical thinking, decision-making, and task prioritization skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
