What we’re looking for in our candidates:
- Previous experience as a UX/UI designer or similar role, with a strong focus on mobile app design
- Strong ability to maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring consistent application of components, visual hierarchy, and interaction patterns across the product
- High proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Mobile-first mindset with the ability to design scalable UI/UX solutions that work across different device types and screen sizes
- Ability to work in a pre-defined style
- Proficiency in prototyping
- A basic understanding of CSS and HTML is considered a big plus
- Previous experience in user research and usability testing is considered a big plus
- Practical knowledge of applying and creating the following is considered a big plus: Auto layout, Components & variants, Styles, and design tokens.
Key responsibilities:
- Design new features for the Carista App
- Use design thinking methods to identify effective solutions for customer problems
- Мanage or contribute to design libraries and building prototypes
- Create new user journeys
- Improve existing app journeys and designs
- Work on story creation together with a business analyst
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, providing necessary assets and specifications
- Ensure that all UI designs follow our brand guidelines and design system, ensuring consistent use of components, patterns, and visual language across the platform
- Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts and user flows, gathering feedback from stakeholders and iterating on designs accordingly
- Contribute to and participate in A/B testing efforts to validate and optimize design decisions.
