Responsibilities:

• Communication with customers over the phone or email;
• Provide excellent customer service experience;
• Utilizing multiple CRM systems;
• Follow company procedures and policies;

Requirements:

• Any relevant experience or interest in customer support, sales, online gaming, or online payment processing would be considered an advantage;
• Customer focused;
• Ability to multitask, think quickly, and make solid decisions;
• Good technical and communication skills;
• Flexibility to adapt to different business needs, challenging situations, and changes;
• Highly motivated with great attention to detail and able to evaluate customer demands.
