JURISCONSULT/LEGAL ADVISOR
Responsibilities:
- Play pivotal role in the success and expansion of VM Finance Group and take part in trade and commercial deals negotiations, whilst guarding the legal compliance of the group’s entities.
- Draft binding contracts for trade deals, terminations, and annexes for changes;
- Provide expert legal advice and in variety of areas, such as commercial law, competition and bond law, public procurement, property law, labor law, etc.
- Act as legal representative on behalf of VM Finance Group for Governmental institutions and administration.
- Analyze and mitigate liability risks, and take ownership of delegated areas.
- Solve complex cases and disputes.
- Keep and up-to-date archive of relevant documentation;
Requirements:
- Diploma of Higher Education of Law and acquired right to practice it;
- Very good knowledge in the field of trade, bonds, and labor law, of administrative and civil process
- Previous experience of 5 years.
- Computer literacy – MS Office package;
- Very good communication skills;
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, flexibility and initiative
- Very good level of English, both verbal and written
