For one of our clients – an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and
process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – Backoffice Support Specialist
with Danish or Norwegian or Swedish and English.
Key Responsibilities:
*Handle administrative and data-related tasks to support internal teams;
*Review and process customer information accurately and efficiently;
*Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow;
*Maintain and update internal databases and systems;
*Follow internal procedures and meet deadlines with precision.
Requirements:
*Fluency in Danish or Norwegian, or Swedish and strong English skills.;
*Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills;
*Comfortable using digital tools and MS Office applications;
*Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks;
*Strong written communication and problem-solving mindset.
