Your New Role:
As a DevOps Engineer at Voidweb, you will play a pivotal role in designing and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, automating deployments, and ensuring high system availability. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing AWS Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on administration and optimization of AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, and related tools.
- OS Administration: Maintain and troubleshoot both Windows and Linux-based environments.
- CI/CD Pipeline Ownership: Design and implement efficient pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Containerization: Build, manage, and optimize Docker-based workflows across development and production environments.
- Monitoring & Incident Response: Set up proactive monitoring and logging. Lead incident response efforts and perform Root Cause Analysis RCA to improve system resilience.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with developers, particularly those building in PHP and Laravel, to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Agile Integration: Be a key contributor in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and help continuously improve team delivery processes.
- AI Enhanced Practices: Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency, automation, and system intelligence. Proactively explore and propose AI-based DevOps improvements.
What Makes You Stand Out:
- Solid DevOps Experience: Proven track record as a DevOps Engineer at a mid/senior level, preferably in a cloud-native environment.
- AWS Proficiency: Deep hands-on experience with core AWS services EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch). Certification is a plus.
- Cross-Platform System Administration: Confident managing both Linux and Windows systems in production.
- Containerization Know-How: Practical experience with Docker and container lifecycle management.
- CI/CD Expertise: Youʼve built, maintained, or improved CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Agile Mindset: Comfortable working within Agile & Scrum frameworks with cross-functional teams.
- Incident Management: Skilled in structured incident response and postmortem RCA practices.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience working with PHP and Laravel projects
- Actively integrating AI into DevOps workflows (e.g., automated anomaly detection, intelligent alerts)
- Integrating AI in your daily workflow to leverage LLM when handling complex problems.
