As a Principal UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for leading the user experience strategy and design for complex digital products and platforms, influencing product direction, mentoring junior designers, and establishing design best practices.
Responsibilities
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in the end-to-end design process
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma and with experience creating design systems
- Solid understanding of information architecture, user flows, design systems, and user-centered design principles
- Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles
- Excellent visual design skills
- Excellent knowledge of mobile & responsive web design
- Strong presentation skills, ability to guide teams, and clear communication with stakeholders at all levels
- A deep understanding of user needs and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics.
- Passion for clear design, knowledge of typography, and color theory
- Up to date with the latest design, UI trends, techniques, and technologies
- Good time management and multitasking skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and demonstrating proficiency in user-centered design methodologies

Requirements
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design systems to ensure intuitive and engaging user experiences
- Define and execute long-term design strategy, identify opportunities for innovation, and drive design thinking methodology across the company
- Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align on product vision and deliver cohesive user experiences
- Establish and evolve design standards, create design systems, document processes, and conduct design reviews
- Apply user research insights, usability testing, and data analytics to inform design decisions and improve product outcomes
- Mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of design excellence and innovation
