When you join our team, you will:
Assist in the management of supplier contracts, including preparation and review of requests for quotations (RFQs) and price analyses.
Maintain and update supplier price lists in SAP.
Liaise with suppliers and service providers on operational and procurement-related matters.
Coordinate and interact with relevant internal departments to ensure smooth procurement processes.
Provide project support, including preparation of technical documentation, Excel data sheets, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations.
You match our need, if you have:
Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
Previous internship or project experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management is an advantage.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate proactively and openly.
High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to learning.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
