Skills & Requirements
Technical Skills
• Strong experience with ASP.NET Core MVC, C#, and the .NET ecosystem (version 8+).
• Proficient in Entity Framework Core and Microsoft SQL Server (or similar).
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization best practices.
• Experience with gRPC services and messaging protocols like MQTT.
• Proven ability to integrate with third-party systems and APIs.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, SQL, Storage, etc.).
Architecture & Design
• Experience in participating/designing scalable, high-performance distributed systems.
• Good understanding of some of: microservices, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and event-driven architectures.
Collaboration & Communication
• Strong English proficiency, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Leadership & Mentoring
• Ability to lead by example and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
• Experience with hybrid architectures is a plus
• Familiarity with some CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Exposure to monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Application Insights, Grafana).
• Certifications in .NET, Azure, or related technologies.
