For one of our clients – a leading software development company and award-winning game
provider in the casino industry, creating immersive and innovative gaming experiences as part
of an international tech group, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the
role – Appearance Department Lead.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Lead and support the Appearance Department team to meet goals and standards;
*Organize schedules, attendance, and leave to keep operations smooth;
*Manage stock levels, orders, and ensure proper procedures are followed;
*Keep department processes updated and efficient;
*Organize training, workshops, and assist with special events;
*Prepare clear reports on team results and inventory status.
Requirements:
*Proven team management experience;
*Background in Stock management/Procurement and technical experience with
stock/warehouse management software;
*Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
*Strong communication and interpersonal abilities and very good command of English;
*Knowledge of skincare products and makeup would be an advantage;
*Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
