IF YOU ARE
- Skilled in managing operations projects with 5 years of experience through all SDLC stages
- Familiar with DevOps practices, with a preference for building and maintaining infrastructure, and providing client support
- Proficient in building and driving a collaborative team environment, including the creation or tailoring of delivery processes
- Capable of managing and developing geographically distributed technical teams
- Confident in identifying stakeholders and engaging with them effectively
- Skilled in managing scope and schedules within an Agile environment, with a focus on value delivery
- Competent in setting up communication strategies and managing cross-team dependencies
- Fluent in English and experienced working in fully distributed environments
AND YOU WANT TO
- Develop a holistic approach to delivering project outcomes in alignment with customer goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on project scope, objectives, and timelines
- Perform project progress tracking and provide insightful reports to stakeholders and upper management
- Monitor and track new work and changes to ensure seamless project execution
