Position Summary
We are looking for a Junior System Administrator to maintain the company’s cloud and on-premise infrastructure, adhere to standardized workflows and procedures, and ensure the security of the systems. The role includes network and device support, user access management, conducting trainings, and implementing new technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain the company’s on-premise and cloud systems.
- Manage user access in compliance with security protocols and configuration standards across all platforms and devices.
- Monitor, prevent, and respond to cyber threats, incidents, and vulnerabilities.
- Maintains and updates the company’s IT documentation.
- Implement and support new tools and technologies.
- Administer end-user client devices.
What We’re Looking For
- Over one year of experience in administering cloud and on-premises systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Office 365, Azure, MS Exchange, Entra, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management), as well as in administering local networks.
- Good knowledge of diagnosing hardware and software issues.
- Understanding of IT security principles, including access control and data protection.
- Skills in working with ticketing systems.
- Experience with client operating systems (Windows and macOS).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of proficiency in English.
Working Conditions
- Contract Type: Permanent position with 6-month probationary period
- Working Hours: Standard 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, 9-18 with 1-hour lunch break. (Occasionally working hours may differ, depending on the project)
