The impact you will create:
- Design and build optimization algorithms and machine learning models to generate customer recommendations and improve internal processes.
- Bring analytical applications from concept to production, ensuring high quality.
- Maintain and enhance AI-driven products that directly influence business operations.
- Develop and upkeep software tools and frameworks for deploying and monitoring AI models in production.
- Work with Product Owners, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers to integrate AI solutions into current systems and workflows.
- Clearly explain complex technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience and skills you will need:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python, with a strong emphasis on writing clean, efficient, and maintainable production-ready code.
- Demonstrated experience with distributed computing frameworks such as Kubernetes or Apache Spark.
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control (e.g., Git), testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy robust AI/ML models and systems in a production environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with fundamental AI and machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, optimization algorithms, and deep learning is a plus.
