For one of our clients – a pioneer in Technology and Operations, offering expert Advisory and
Solutions, backed by the world’s most extensive advanced tech infrastructure, we are looking
for – Documents and Billing Coordinator with German (Hybrid).
Responsibilities:
*Handle end-to-end processing of documents, orders, invoices, and cancellations following
internal guidelines;
*Review and validate contract terms, ensuring compliance with company and legal standards;
*Support timely and accurate billing, including invoicing and credit management;
*Respond professionally to B2B customer inquiries via email;
*Investigate and resolve discrepancies in orders, contracts, and invoices with internal teams;
*Maintain accurate records in internal systems;
*Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
*Advanced German (B2) and intermediate English;
*Experience in order management, invoicing, procurement, compliance, or contract
administration (BPO/Shared Services experience is a plus);
*Strong written communication and organizational skills;
*Comfortable using ERP/CRM systems;
*Able to work independently in a hybrid environment;
*Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
