Our international IT Hub in Sofia, Bulgaria, is growing, and we’re looking for talented individuals to join us in the Generative AI Developer position. You’ll be part of an international team, working in a vibrant environment that encourages the exchange of knowledge and ideas both onsite and offsite.
Your Responsibilities:
- Create data science products as a part of our central analytics team and in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Implement and automate data science algorithms.
- Define and deploy models and end-to-end pipelines on Microsoft Azure.
- Contribute to the maintenance of the infrastructure required for data science projects.
- Develop and deploy AI-based tools that use large language models (LLM) and RAG (Retrieved Augmented Generation).
- Evaluate business problems and find solutions within the domain of AI automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in AI and machine learning.
Your Profile:
- You hold a Master’s degree or Ph.D. in computer science, data science, or a similar field.
- You have profound knowledge of at least one relevant programming language. Ideally, you are proficient in Python and experienced in collaborative software development and the usage of version control systems such as git.
- You have practical experience with cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure, regarding in particular:
- building CI/CD pipelines
- deployment of applications
- DevOps workflows
- Experience with frontend frameworks, such as: TypeScript, Fluent, Angular, Vue.js, React.
- Familiarity with the RAG technique and its applications in natural language processing (NLP).
- Knowledge of information retrieval (IR) techniques and algorithms (VectorSearch, Elastic Search, Cognitive Search).
- Understanding the principles of NLP, LLM, Deep Learning and experience with relevant libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- You are familiar with methods of agile project management.
- You have experience, or you are willing to develop skills, in domains such as dynamic pricing, consumer analytics, and demand forecasting.
- The ability to work in English is required. Speaking German is a plus.
