IF YOU ARE:
- A Senior Backend Engineer with around 5 years of experience with Scala, functional, and object-oriented programming patterns.
- Skilled in building and maintaining distributed systems, microservices, or serverless architectures.
- Comfortable delivering within existing architectures and aligning to the current technical direction.
- Detail-oriented and methodical in development and documentation.
- Effective in translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Fluent in English and highly collaborative in cross-functional teams.
AND YOU WANT TO:
- Contribute directly to a scoped backend initiative with focused deliverables.
- Develop reliable and maintainable Scala services aligned with team practices.
- Guide conversations with engineers and product stakeholders to refine scope and implementation.
- Apply thoughtful testing and documentation to ensure system stability and maintainability.
- Align your work with platform conventions and integrate cleanly into established ecosystems.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and delivery-focused technical discussions.
