Responsibilities:
– Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (PPC) on platforms like Google Ads to drive user acquisition and improve ROI;
– Conduct ongoing keyword research to identify new opportunities;
– Monitor and report on key metrics such as CPA, conversions, and budget, adjusting strategies based on seasonal trends and performance;
– Assist with SEO initiatives, including using tools like Google Search Console to monitor traffic performance and assist with keyword research;
– Produce and/or collaborate on creative assets such as ad copy, landing pages, promotions, to ensure campaigns are compelling and effective.
Requirements:
– Proficiency in SEM tools like Google Ads, with an understanding of campaign management and optimization;
– Familiarity with SEO principles and tools like Google Search Console;
– 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC;
– Experience with web analytics platforms, specifically Google Analytics;
– Experience with Microsoft Ads or other paid social media platforms like Meta Ads or LinkedIn;
– Knowledge of Google Tag Manager;
– Familiarity with SEM/SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs;
– Basic copywriting/proofreading, email marketing, and/or design skills;
– Strategic mindset: The ability to think long-term and create campaign strategies that align with business goals;
– Analytical & proactive approach: A keen eye for data, with the initiative to spot opportunities and take action;
– Attention to detail: Recognizing that small changes can have a significant impact on campaign performance.
