On their behalf, we are looking for a Customer Support Advisors with German, French, Polish, Greek, Czech, Slovak, Dutch, Portuguese and English who would be willing to join their team and grow with the company. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email or entirely backoffice;
- Provide excellent customer survice experience;
- Utilizing multiple CRM systems;
- Follow company procedures and policies;
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of German, French, Polish, Greek, Czech, Slovak, Dutch, Portuguese or English (C1)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in a customer support role is an advantage
