We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic product initiatives within our capital markets technology platform. This role involves owning major product areas, mentoring team members, and working at the highest levels of product strategy to deliver market-leading solutions for financial services clients.
You will take ownership of complex product domains, lead cross-functional initiatives, and work directly with senior stakeholders, major customers, and executive leadership to drive significant business impact.
- Own strategic product areas and lead long-term product planning aligned with company vision.
- Define product strategy for complex, multi-component solutions serving enterprise clients.
- Drive product innovation initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies.
- Represent product strategy in executive leadership meetings.
Enterprise Customer & Market Strategy
- Manage relationships with strategic enterprise customers and key prospects.
- Lead discovery sessions with C-level executives at major financial institutions.
- Define product requirements for complex, customized enterprise solutions.
- Partner with Sales leadership on strategic deals and account expansion.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Program Management
- Lead major product launches and strategic initiatives across multiple teams.
- Manage complex product integration projects and platform initiatives.
- Mentor and develop junior product managers and cross-functional team members.
- Drive organizational process improvements and development best practices.
Business Impact & Growth Strategy
- Own P&L responsibility for major product lines and drive revenue growth targets.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and market segments.
- Lead pricing strategy and business model innovation for enterprise solutions.
- Analyze market opportunities and drive expansion into new segments.
