For one of our clients – a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – E-commerce Customer Support Advisor with Polish or Norwegian or Irish or Icelandic.
Key Responsibilities:
*Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional support;
*Guide customers through product details, orders, deliveries, and returns with accuracy and care;
*Resolve issues with a solution-focused approach, always aiming for a positive customer experience;
*Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and ensure seamless service;
*Keep customer records up to date in CRM tools while following company standards.
Requirements:
*Fluency in Polish, Norwegian, Irish or Icelandic, with excellent written and spoken communication;
*Strong English skills for teamwork, training, and internal communication;
*Background in customer service or e-commerce is a plus, but not mandatory;
*Tech-savvy mindset with confidence using CRM systems and online tools;
*A proactive, customer-focused personality with strong problem-solving skills.
