What You’ll Do:
- As a Bilingual HR Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees, helping maintain a smooth and efficient HR support process—working entirely during the night.
- Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Receiving and logging HR inquiries via phone and email during night hours.
- Resolving HR-related queries using internal ticketing systems.
- Providing accurate information on company policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Maintaining high service quality and following standard HR processes.
- Handling sensitive employee data with integrity and discretion.
- Managing your own performance metrics and ensuring timely resolutions.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Fluency in German (B2 or higher) and English (B2 or higher).
- Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Comfort working independently during night hours in a remote environment.
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
