For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for – Sales Enablement Specialist with German.
Responsibilities:
*Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging apps;
*Respond to inbound inquiries quickly and accurately;
*Assist B2B and B2C clients with pre-sales, technical issues, and general questions;
*Escalate complex cases following clear procedures;
*Collaborate with the team to resolve tickets efficiently while maintaining excellent service.
Qualifications:
*Proven experience in customer support or call center environment, handling B2B and B2C clients;
*Fluent in German (C1) and proficient in English (B2);
*Excellent at solving problems and providing top-notch customer support;
*Highly organized, attentive to detail, and skilled at juggling multiple priorities;
*Collaborative team player, receptive to feedback, and driven to grow and improve continuously.
