We are looking for an IT Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring our local technology environment runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be the go-to person for all IT-related needs, helping our teams work better, smarter, and more connected.
What You’ll Do
- Provide hands-on local user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Manage IT-related projects and local system enhancements.
- Support and develop Call Center technologies to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Coordinate and oversee external IT and technology vendors.
- Manage local internet, mobile communication, and related infrastructure.
- Handle IT equipment procurement, maintenance, and inventory tracking.
- Provide Help Desk support for desktops, printers, networks, and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365).
- Maintain and improve the reliability of all office IT systems and tools.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as an IT Specialist, System Administrator, or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of network administration, Windows OS, and Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with Call Center or telephony systems is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bulgarian.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) will be considered strong advantage.
