What You’ll Be Doing
As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll assist users of popular consumer electronics and smart home products. Your mission: make tech simple again!
Support customers via phone and email in French and English
Help troubleshoot device and connectivity issues
Guide customers through setup and usage
Provide useful product tips and solutions
Collaborate with a supportive, multilingual team
What We’re Looking For
Fluency in French (B2-C1) and English (B2-C1)
Interest in gadgets, tech, or smart devices
Basic understanding of Wi-Fi, routers, or connectivity
A positive, problem-solving attitude
Willingness to work on-site in Sofia
Availability for flexible shifts – we’ll find what works best for you!
