As an HR Support Consultant, you will serve as a point of contact for internal HR-related inquiries, delivering accurate information and outstanding service to our employees and partners.
Your Responsibilities:
Address partner queries promptly and professionally in a ticketing system.
Reach out to partners to complete inquiries via outbound calls.
Taking ownership of resolution of tickets and contributing to team goals.
Uphold company standards and radiate positivity.
Your Qualifications:
Excellent Portuguese proficiency (B2H)
Great Command of English (B2)
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication skills to nurture customer relationships.
Ability to multitask and make swift decisions.
Kindness and politeness are key.
Aptitude for simplifying complex information.
